Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Good leadership and team management skill
  • Target oriented or result-driven
  • Having wide agency network
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Domicile at Jakarta or Surabaya

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to achieved sales target
  • Responsible to recruit agents and develop agency business
  • Responsible to conduct and monitor related agency programmes


Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Bancassurance of General Insurance company
  • Familiar with General Insurance products
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia both oral and written
  • Proficient in Ms. Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Willing to travel

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility to develop a strategic business plan to increase sales revenue for Bancassurance Non-Captive
  • Establish and maintain relationship with all bank partners
  • Responsible to achieve target business
  • Coordinate and monitor branches to develop Bancassurance business for non captive
  • Monitoring sales activity, sales production and sales achievement


Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Medicine
  • Having certification of PAMJAKI or AAMAI
  • Minimum 10 years background with medical claim and beneficial experiences in health insurance, life insurance or brokerage insurance
  • Experiences on call center management data analysis & process improvement / process efficiency experience advantageous
  • Experience in managing team of claim register, claim analyst, provider relation, customer relation, case management and call center section
  • Excellent oral and written Bahasa Indonesia and English

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team of claim register, claim analysis, provider relation, customer relations, case management and call center so that it consistently delivers excellent quality of service in an efficient, profitable and cost effective manner
  • Ensure that all sections are productive, efficient and cost effective in all its operations
  • Ensure that all sections understand client needs and provide excellent quality of service to clients
  • Measure and analyse staff performance. Set clear objective and standards and ensure that processes are in place both to measure performance against these and to take corrective action
  • Ensure that operations-related information necessary for internal and external reporting is available and accessible. Make sure mechanisms exist to extract this information, and that the information has integrity
  • Ensure that the data is consolidated as necessary and that all relevant reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.


Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of working experience as Insurance Marketing or in other related field
  • Good communication skill and building network
  • Have own vehicle is preferred
