The GMS, among others, approved the Company\u2019s Annual Report for the 2016 fiscal year and endorsed the Annual Financial Statements for 2016 fiscal year, approved the use of year 2016 profit, among others; the amount of Rp. 3,000,000,000.00 (three billion Rupiah) to be used as reserve fund; the amount of Rp. 40,012,420,128,- to be distributed as dividend and the residual net profit to be used for investment purposes and recorded as retained earnings, appointed Mr. Dinesh Ramu as Finance Director of the Company, established the honorarium allowance of the Company\u2019s Board of Commissioners for the 2017 fiscal year in the amount of Rp. 600,000,000.00 (six hundred million rupiah), authorized the Board of Commissioners to perform the nomination and remuneration functions to determine the salaries and allowances of members of the Company\u2019s Board of Directors, appointed Public Accountant Satrio, Bing, Eny &amp; Rekan to audit the Company\u2019s book for the fiscal year ended on 31st December 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) was held on May 16th 2017 at Panin Bank Plaza, 3rd Floor, attended by 87.541% of shareholders.
