To improve our services to the customers, MAG Insurance provides convenience and services to our customers in the motor vehicle claim process with the availability of MAG Claim Service Points in Jakarta, Bandung, Bogor, Balikpapan, Semarang and Tangerang.
MAG Insurance has appointed several workshops in the Jakarta, Bandung, Bogor, Balikpapan, Semarang and Tangerang areas that represent MAG and have the authority to:
- Receive Claim Report
- Carry out a motorized vehicle claim survey process and collect the initial claim documents
- Can carry out the repair process directly (maximum repair costs Rp. 3,000,000, -)
Customers could have their vehicle’s repair process directly performed on the same day of reporting the claim to MAG Claim Service Point workshops, by bringing the complete claim documents as follows:
- Copy of the official and non-expired driver's license
- Copy of ID card of the name listed on the Policy
- Copy of valid STNK (Vehicle’s Registration)
- Copy of the Indonesian Motor Vehicle Insurance Standard Policy that is still within validity period
- Police report, specifically for claims involving a third party or partial loss
