Through its CSR initiative MAGNA KASIH, the company, in collaboration with Smile Birth and the Binjai City Health Office, successfully implemented providing supplemental meals program (PSM) from January 3 to June 5, 2025. The program targeted 47 infants and toddlers at risk of stunting in Binjai City. This initiative reflects the company’s commitment to supporting the reduction of stunting prevalence in Indonesia, particularly in North Sumatra.
The PSM program effectively improved children’s nutritional status, reduced the risk of weight loss, and had a meaningful social impact on the local community. A key achievement was that no toddlers experienced weight loss throughout the program period, and the family participation rate was exceptionally high, exceeding 90%.
This success was driven by strong collaboration between the private sector, government, and the community. The program stands as a tangible example of a successful and sustainable cross-sector collaboration model in addressing the issue of stunting.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the entire CSR team, implementation partners, and AMAG colleagues for their full support of this initiative. This achievement demonstrates that a spirit of sharing and social responsibility can lead to real and lasting change for the future of Indonesia’s next generation.
