Strategic Alliance Signing Ceremony

Held in Locanda Restaurant, Senayan – Jakarta, the Company carried out the signing of a strategic partnership with Fairfax Asia Limited, a subsidiary of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited. Mr. Ramaswamy Athappan as the Chairman of Fairfax Asia Limited, the CEO of First Capital Insurance Limited and Mr. Mu’min Ali Gunawan as Advisor of PT Bank Panin Tbk, President Commissioner of PT Paninvest Tbk, Vice President Commissioner of PT Asuransi Multi Artha Guna Tbk also attended the signing ceremony. On this occasion, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for Bancassurance cooperation between the Company and Panin Bank, was also signed.
