• Follow up on the renewal process.
• Recruit new agents.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare and issue quotations.
• Submit business for acceptance.
• Maintain and manage relationships with agents.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
• Experience in Marketing, particularly as a Marketing professional handling Agent business in an insurance company, will be an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Own transportation is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
