Job Description

• Carrying out all business follow-up activities, including: exploring the potential of the Bank’s Customer Database; Conduct initial business prospecting based on referrals; Follow up with internal and internal parties related to acceptance and orders for policy issuance.
• Conduct product outreach and refreshment to all PIC PB/RM/AO Banks under their responsibility.
• Make work reports directly to superiors.

• Minimum S1 education in all majors.
• Have a minimum of 2 (two) years of experience as Marketing in a General Insurance Company and specifically handling Chanel Bancassurance Marketing.
• Proficient in driving 2-wheeled and 4-wheeled vehicles and have your own vehicle (2-wheeled).
• Have good communication.
• Have basic knowledge about Insurance.
• Have good analytical skills.
• Target oriented.
