Humanitarian Assistance for Bali Flood Victims

As a company that consistently upholds the value of compassion, Asuransi MAG (AMAG), in collaboration with Dompet Dhuafa, extended humanitarian assistance to the victims of the Bali floods through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program “Magna Kasih”. The Company distributed basic food packages to 120 beneficiaries in North Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali, on Thursday, September 25, 2025.

The distribution was carried out by AMAG Bali colleagues together with the Disaster Management Center team of Dompet Dhuafa across three locations: RT 1 and RT 7 in Dusun Wanasari, Dauh Purikaje Village, and Banjar Balun-Blomena in Pemecutan Kaja Village, North Denpasar District, Denpasar City.

“This assistance in the form of daily staple food is expected to ease the burden of our brothers and sisters as economic activities have yet to fully recover. At the same time, we hope it brings peace of mind and strengthens the belief that Bali will soon recover and rise again,” said Nyoman Deuteronomy, Head of AMAG Bali Branch Office.

One of the beneficiaries, Ms. Ni Kadek Dewi Purwa Ningsih, expressed her gratitude for the aid, noting that the support provides essential daily sustenance for her family.

“Thank you to the donors. This really helps me and my family at home. Our economic situation has been disrupted, so this assistance is truly meaningful,” she said.

As is widely known, the flash floods and landslides that struck Bali on September 10, 2025, caused severe destruction—uprooting trees, collapsing bridges, damaging hundreds of buildings, and resulting in casualties.

This aid distribution reflects the Company’s commitment to supporting the people of Bali in the aftermath of the disaster.
