Asuransi MAG and Sekolah Relawan Provide 157 Assistive Devices to Support Daily Activities for People with Disabilities

As a manifestation of its commitment to carrying out corporate social responsibility, Asuransi MAG, through its Magna Kasih CSR program, organized a Disability Assistive Devices Distribution initiative in collaboration with Sekolah Relawan. The program was carried out in three cities—Bandung, Jakarta, and Palembang—as a tangible expression of the company’s concern for communities in need of better accessibility support.

Carrying the theme “Empowered to Go Further, Moving Without Limits,” the program aims to support people with disabilities in carrying out their daily activities more comfortably, independently, and confidently. Through this initiative, Asuransi MAG hopes to provide support that goes beyond physical assistance by opening up greater opportunities and hope for the beneficiaries.

As part of the program, the company distributed a total of 157 assistive devices tailored to the recipients’ needs, consisting of 42 wheelchairs, 30 crutches, 40 adaptive sensor canes, 40 hearing aids, and 5 prosthetic legs. Each form of assistance was provided with the hope of improving the recipients’ mobility, accessibility, and overall quality of life in their daily activities.

Through this program, we believe that every small step taken together can create a significant and sustainable impact on society. This initiative also reflects the commitment of Fairfax and Asuransi MAG to uphold the value of “Doing Good by Doing Well” by continuously delivering meaningful positive contributions to the environment and the wider community.
